I think providing a clear indication that we are trying to be inclusive is important. Yes, some dismiss that as "virtue signaling." But being virtuous is a good thing :) Consider the upcoming publication draft-iab-for-the-users; how can we act on their behalf without being more represenatative and inclusive.

"Fix it in editing" is a negative message.
