There's that, but Barbara's right too. The NomCom specifically asks the
whole IETF for advice at a later stage in the process, which is how it
should be. Given that, and the randomness intentionally present in the
choice of NomCom members, a lot of the fears I've seen expressed or
implied in this thread seem unjustified.
