I would would have said "can't simply add additional advisors
who can vote to change the procedures of the NomCom or
participate in deliberations in a way that might alter Nomcom
decisions without..." but otherwise agree.

And, if anyone feels it is necessary to explicitly swear Henrik
to secrecy because his support efforts might lead him to stumble
across confidential materials, go for it, but that is a rather
different issue.
