The only thing with ACD is it selects the FIRST available endpoint within a group. I need a program to call ALL the endpoints in a particular group, and route to the one that answers. I've had a go with writing such a router but havn't had much success as yet. Any ideas please? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Michal Zygmuntowicz" <m.zygmuntowicz@xxxxxxx> To: <openh323gk-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, July 02, 2004 12:29 PM Subject: Re: RouteRequests > If you are looking for a dialer, then gnugk will not handle this. > But if you are looking for some kind of call center application, > you may consider checking the ACD application (you can find it at > www.gnugk.org), which can distribute calls among registered agents. > > On Fri, 2004-07-02 at 13:05, Jeremy Davis wrote: > > Thanks for your reply. > > > > I have a load of endpoints that constantly read the gatekeeper.
