Maximum reasonable value here is 6 seconds. This is because
the RouteRequest are triggered by an ARQ message sent from an endpoint.
Default timeout to wait for ACF (response to ARQ) is ca. 6 seconds.
There is a retransmission, of course, but that does not change the fact,
that you need to issue your rta quickly.
