RouteRequests

Listed below is my gatekeeper.ini. I have set up a virtual queue called
"switch". When switch is call, the call is disconnected after the default
10s unless I issue a command such as RouteToAlias. However I'd like to
increase the disconnect timeout of 10s to say 180s. I have set
"RequestTimeout" and "CTI_Timeout" accordingly and issued a "reload"
command, however all calls to switch still timeout after 10s.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please? TIA

Jerry Davis
