Thanks for your reply. I have a load of endpoints that constantly read the gatekeeper. What I'd like to do is, if an endpoint is configured to be a switchboard endpoint, the phone will ring if it sees a call to "switch". This way multiple phones will ring, and when one of those phones is picked up, I would then like to issue my RouteToAlias. So basically what I want to do is if a call comes in on a certain line, I want all the switchboard phones to ring. When one is picked up, the incoming call should be routed to that endpoint. Can you think of an alternative please?
