Hi, Chip has now fixed the Emacs packages in a way that is consistent with Xemacs packaging (thanks chip!) and so I have finished the draft (X)Emacs add-on packging guideline draft here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/EmacsenAddOns Comment/edits very welcome.
