Currently it's built as one of the products of the 'mesa' package in core. This is foolish for a number of reasons: - The lib is _extremely_ stable, bumping it for every Mesa release is needless churn - No packages in core (or extras!) depend on libGLw - libGLw introduces a dependency on openmotif, which I would like to move out of core, because it's no longer 1996.
