Since you are asking, for dist-git and for ticket tracking in Fedora, Pagure is much better than what we ever had and with one exception (I am missing easy access to history of a file), there is not missing anything substantial. OTOH, GitLab UI is overwhelming, much harder to navigate. And moreover, we don't have it and it won't be free neither easy to have it. I read your list on some other place, I don't say it is wrong, but it seems you don't appreciate the step forward from CGit and frankly they are more or less just paper cuts.
