So, we are moving it one minute earlier? If it's listed as tuesday on
the schedule it should be 23:59 on tuesday at least. :)

Yes, just move it one minute earlier and list Monday as the start of the freeze in the schedule. This would, In my opinion, fix all the schedule confusion.
