Yes and yes, but is XMLRPC being removed from upstream Bugzilla? I
think I read that somewhere (but can't find a reference now when I
search). It'd be a bad idea to use it if so.

I don't remember the address of the testing instance, but it exists, we
can get you access.

I guess Launchpad-style comment proxying is probably too ambitious.

I don't see a problem with the usefulness of the bug reports that we
get. ABRT always attaches a full backtrace of every thread. The reports
themselves are (almost always) good.
