then disable it there - so what

you can't seriously blame a opportunity which is choosen
as default for easy detectable cases because it does not
magically recognize anything one could imagine

how does that discussion lead to anything useful?

* you don't like systemd-readahead?
  fine disable it

* you don't like ConditionVirtualization?
  fine disable it

and even if such conditions are not used in any single unit
shipped with Fedora - there are a ton of options not used
in shipped units - that don't change the fact i am *widely*
use them while they all don't hurt you

but they are there to give admins knowing the environemt
a lot of useful *opportunities* you never had before without
writing large and error prone initscripts
