Exactly - you _can't_ say anything about the reliability of a new
design. I've had 2.4 kernels with uptimes of over 4 years. What are
the odds that you are really going to match that - or how many attempts
will it take? New isn't necessarily bad, but untested is very likely
not as good as tested and proven.
