progress Collabora has
made last week.

- SPEC-4339 (set_app_property before create_surface results in xdg_toplevel@configure(0, 0) for fullscreen surface) - updated patch series to include the ability to resize if clients mash together xdg-shell window properties (allowing various use-cases to happen). Change integrated into master/main.
- SPEC-4349 (In case set_app_property_mode(1) can not switch from POPUP to FULLSCREEN) - discussions and provided alternatives. "a feature, not a bug" situation.
- SPEC-4351 (Add layer_fini() when shutting down the compositor) - update to libweston 10 to include finalize of layers and the views added to them. Further updates and correction discovered afterwards but addressed in latest master/main.
- SPEC-4358 (Updates to master/kirkstone) - minor changes to fix a warning and activation of weston-terminal (changed of appids from upstream)
- SPEC-4346 ([flutter] Redo EGL window/surface creation / start as maximized/fullscreen) - further investigation and testing when starting up as maximized.
- SPEC-4359 (No VT change happens for images without pslash) - images w/o psplash do not change the VT. Work-around posted.
