Please find below a brief summary of the progress Collabora has made last week.

Weston/Wayland

- SPEC-4209 (libinput's path backend instead of udev for container access to input devices) - Minor investigation into libpinput's path backend as an alternative to udev for IC
- SPEC-4207 - agl-compositor srcrev update + homescreen protocol bump
- Reviewing https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/c/src/applaunchd/+/27079
                     https: //gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/c/src/applaunchd/+/27078 -- fixes for applaunchd 
- SPEC-4217 (client/screenshooter issue) - regression introduced with another bug fix for multiple outputs
- SPEC-4009 (WAM multiple-surface support) - minor investigation into WAM w/o libhomescreen and drawing some potential update/upgrade paths to include support for applaunchd and upstream changes
- SPEC-4219 (missing environetfile into agl-compositor service)
- SPEC-4218 (adding  set_app_id in toytoolkit to set-up an application ids for weston-terminal)

Application Framework

-SPEC-4222: Improve application switching in homescreen

Pipewire

- Pipewire Upgrade: upgrade to lastet pipewire(0.3.43) and wireplumber(0.4.7) is done on lamprey and their upgrade on master is WIP
- SPEC-4083 - check and reported that the issue is not reproducible, issue closed.
- SPEC-4210 - start working on the issue.
- IC Cluster - Wireplumber Split - LXC Containers are not building at the moment and working with Scott and Jan Simon to get this going.
