Then the misunderstanding was on my part, as I was not aware a real
proposal was made to this affect.  The proposal about shortening the
timeout I was aware of, and AFAIK someone jumped to a conclusion that we
were doing away with QA and started the tail chasing we've been doing
for the past day.
