What kind of TV do you have?

If it is flat and has SVGA/DVI you have a winner. Use that, forget
SCART, svideo and composite.

I think that the only way to get a good picture out of the EPIA would be
to use a transcoder attached to the VGA out. I sold my transcoder last
year (yes I am kicking myself now) so I can't test.
