I was careful to indicate that I wasn't sure where to go with this, and I am thankful for the feedback. As for versions: I'm running: Dovecot/2.0.9 SquirrelMail/1.4.22-4.el6 Thunderbird 17.0.7 then pushed out an update to 24.5.0 to see if anything changed. Thunderbird is still displaying correctly. I guess I'm going to just run with your suggestion to fix up the one user so they're happy and not worry about it for now. I really appreciate your help and feedback. Thank-you again!
