These errors might be tertiary.  You need to do more fishing around; I
don't have any more information from you to keep making guesses.  SM
is not known to have these problems unless you have something screwy
with your session store or other PHP settings or there are cookie
issues in the client, so I suspect some problem with something outside
of SM.

Remove all plugins and try again, as I've ALREADY suggested.
