It is, but needs to be patched in.  The patch is no longer required in
our development stream.

It's in the INSTALL file, which everyone should read for anything they
ever install.  A future version of our plugin details page will
include information that indicates whether or not a plugin requires a
source patch, which is probably what you are looking for.
