Depends on your setup. If imap server does not see the difference between
'UserName' and 'username', setting must be set to true. If you set it to true
and have preference files with upper case characters, create backup of your data
directory and rename files to lower case.

If 'Usernames in Lowercase' is set to true, SquirrelMail does not block logins
with upper case. Scripts only convert usernames to lower case.
