Non command line installation?

Hello everyone,

I am interested in trying out Squirrelmail however:

1) I have a web site hosted by ipowerweb
2) I do not have command line access

Two questions:

1) Is there a possibility to install Squirrelmail without using the command line?
2) I am a Linux user, I use Ubuntu, is it possible to do all the command line actions locally on my pc and then upload edited files to the hosted account and have an installed and running Squirrelmail?

Thank you in advance,
PE

p.s. I am relatively new in Linux, so if you could give me a 'novice explanation' I would be very grateful.
