Thanks for the info. I did grab the Rawhide kernel, but it did crash the
XServer (something like signal 11, sorry, the logfile is gone). Is the
patch usable with the current update kernel (2.4.20-18.9), too, which
has the same date stamp as the rawhide kernel?
