I can't put my finger on the exact application  ... at least, for the moment,
but I *do* know that oftentimes nautilus hangs, and I have to kill it. The 
applications that I have loaded at bootup are: kmail, licq, and kseti. As 
far as I can make out, if these are the only ones running, then I can logout
without any hanging of the desktop.
