I cut most of my spam by blocking two asian high level IP addresses.  
It's easy to set up in sendmail.  There are waaay too many legitmate 
addresses in RBL simply because someone sent it a blacklist report.  
Osirus is the worst followed closely by Spamcop.  Spamcop get downright 
belligerant if you question their validity.
