I have a "Powered by ATI" Radeon 7500LE 64MB DDR card that works in
1600x1200, 24-bit w/o any tweaking at all. My vendor ids match yours
too. I turned in an RFE bug report for this (which contains my xf86
config file and log file) and Mike Harris added the info to the PCI ID
repository:

http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=68922

BTW, the card works fine with Red Hat Linux 8.0 too. Check the report
out and make sure your monitor was set up properly.

Hope that helps. Let us know if it doesn't.

Tom
