G723 Pjsip Symbian problen in encoding

Ooops! You are right!

So you are using G.723.1 (5.3kb/s fixed rate) but would'nt be more 
effective to use AMR-NB 4.75 (4.75kb with DTX reaching even 2.50kb/s)

That way you would save bandwidth and save money in terms of royalties.
