hmm.. Try with SMS Server Tools 3xx or 2xx. System only need to upload the files only to outgoing folder. default of outgoing folder is /var/spool/sms/outgoing you can change outgoing folder to your htdocs like /var/www/sms in smsd.conf if you use linux as web server.
