Roger, my remedy was to never buy an Epson printer again. I got a cheap Canon
and it will sit for a year and no clogs, it just prints.

I got so tired of pumping expensive ink into the sponge inside on my last Epson.
I think after buying brand new ink carts the printer died.

It kills me that I can buy a new printer with ink carts for just a bit more than
the price of a set of ink carts.

I was actually thinking about buying Canon's little 4 by 6 printer for
snapshots. It's cheap, small, and produces lovely little prints.
