Every time you raise the camera and capture a human being, clothed or otherwise, it's an exploitation of sorts. Sell the picture, and you are exploiting the subject. Even if you've already paid her to be a model. Gratuitious? I see the censors and thought police are fired up and on an other self-righteous rampage. Everything THEY do is perfectly OK. It's all the others who need to be stopped. And right NOW.
Lighten up. If you don't like the image, don't look at it.
