Well, that certainly was part of my point.
Although it's difficult to herd cats, or computer programmers, I'd
hazard a guess that programmers have a lot more experience being
herded than cats.
And production managers should have enough knowledge about planning,
timelines, employee personalities, strengths and liabilities, flow
charting and final design goals to manage the personalities and
project segments so as to meet the deadlines.
Just seems to me that worldwide business should have sued Microsoft
by now, it's so expensive maintaining their shoddy product.
