Not sure about the MkII

The 1D, announced Sept '01 did have a CCD sensor.  The D60, announced May, '00 had a CMOS sensor.  After that the EOS DSLRs had CMOS sensors.  1D MkII,  1D MkIIn, etc.......

I don't know about Nikon, Minolta,Pentax, etc however.......
