Hi Bob,
I am actually in Montreal.
Lucky you that this chap from Montreal did let you off with only drinking a
couple of beers.
He must have been in a state of catalepsic fit when you and he met.
Otherwise, you would never have been able to get back on the road with less
than a couple-three six-packs under your belt.
Don't worry about the lack of crtiticism. Charles and Darin are generous
suppliers of criticism and they will hit you. If you keep posting, you'll
eventually get better and better and the prep time you spend is worth a lot
more than you might realize.
Regards,
Guy
P.S. There's been much worse occurences of people writing their heart under
the false belief that they were off-line... ...('>!<')....
So don't worry and post photos!
P.P.S. Considering that "the lady with the boats" works with a very long
lens on a small boat that races the wind, up and down bumpy waves, to
capture some distant racing boat down and up bumpy waves, she's got to be a
pretty darn'd good photographer. Truly, it's a lot of movement to account
for when aiming for the decisive moment of a race with a long lens...
