I have! Sadly it was discarded by the college - I meant to grab it but it
slipped my mind (work, work, work)
..by the time I got back it appeared to have been sent out along with all
the other great technical books to the garbage :-(
it seemed 'technical' photography was too hard for the advanced diploma of
science course, once it fell under the arts faculty *budget*.
A shame :-(
