I've run a number of tests with different CF cards. With the 10D there is
no speed difference when shooting until the buffer fills up (at nine shots)
and then there is a minor difference. Galbraith's tests don't take this
into account, and are not a particularly valid test because of this. The
real test is the time lag when the buffer fills up, if the buffer will fill up.
There is a measurable difference downloading a full card into the computer,
but that's not usually a performance issue.
