I use the Sigma 12-24 on my 35 mm Nikon N80.  It works great.  The lens is
"DX", which means it is a 35mm lens but with optimizations appropriate
CCD/CMOS sensors.  Not sure exactly what that means - coated rear optics,
perhaps?

BTW, does the Sigma 12-24 work with film cameras also? or is it a digital
