1. D.L. Shipman - "Danaus plexippus Monarch Butterfly"Live butterfly seldom pose with their wings unfolded. I took several shots of this specimen and the one submitted to the gallery seemed to afford the best over all view. Thanks for your comment.
Overall good exposure and color, would be nice to see both wings, as it is, the left wing seems to stick out of the picture.
