Pertaining to Bob's remarks;

I wonder who Bob had in mind?
Do others also wonder or is it that being an outsider, as I am and looking in on you folks, that I'm just not privy to this information?
Or do I need a secret Orphan Annie Code Ring to be able to decipher these questions?
