Marilyn...this is an area I've just recently ventured into as well. There is some beautiful work being done will collage and assemblages...the net is full of some amazing galleries of work. One book I purchased indicated printed materials should only be used with the author's permission if the item would be sold. Using any imagery for your own personal projects seems to be fair game. I'm good with that! If you have a gallery of projects on the web, I'd enjoy seeing what you're up to.
