Well, AOL is still the #1 ISP and their mail program doesn't filter to mail
boxes. AOL users also get more SPAM than others. SPAMers try to make
their mail look like its coming from a real person with real subject
lines. Its too easy to sit there and click the DELETE button to kill the
spam and nail real messages. Thats why a subject tag is a good idea, the
messages stand out from the pack of SPAM. I've got an AOL account that I
rarely use, but I get about twice the number of SPAM messages there per day
than I do on my active email addressees.

Digests are good for reading, but terrible for replying.

I keep important messages, but all the "Way to Go" messages don't need
saved. I keep maybe one or two PF messages a week.

Thanks,
Rob
