Hi Allen,

  /etc/pam.d./newgrp doesn't exist.

I changed /etc/pam.d/other
  
  auth     required     /lib/security/pam_deny.so
to ->
  auth     sufficient   /lib/security/pam_deny.so

but it helps not.
