Hi, i use rlogin as a "normal" user to an RedHat 7.3 machine. All is ok, that means -> no password request. But if i use the "newgrp <group>" command to switch to another group, then the connection will immediately closed. root rlogin and using of newgrp is ok ! > ws2/users/xyz> rlogin ws1 > ws1 $ newgrp sys > Connection closed. > ws2/users/xyz> /var/log/messages shows : Apr 8 13:26:18 ws1 login(pam_unix)[9598]: session closed for user xyz Has anyone solved the same problem ?
