Request for Bloom effect in Video Output

If in the scene there are large dark areas - it means that average brightness is much less than brightness of the brightest pixels. It means that they will be included into texture with bright pixels and there will be bluring of them. So there is no nonsense.
But if there only small parts of dark areas - I'm saying it another one time - your pupils will shrink and energy will be not enough to force blooming. It is because human see not only border between dark and light object, but also scene around them.
