Well, I don't care if they enforce it or not, as long as they have this 
clause in their terms I won't buy credit from them. The same applies to 
wengophone (which has a similar clause). I won't touch Skype since I 
have no interest in promoting a closed and secret protocol.
I know one sip provider that has no expiration and it worked right out 
of the box with the tablet, I haven't bought credit yet, but I'll do it 
soon.
