Ok, then let's add a quirk for that host.  Are you sure you don't need
XHCI_TRUST_TX_LENGTH instead of XHCI_SPURIOUS_SUCCESS?  Will reported
seeing messages about needing XHCI_TRUST_TX_LENGTH.
