the cpu emulator is experimental, and your problem a hard one. So I'm not sure if it can be fixed easily; I don't have a lot of time for DOSEMU these days.

That said, there exists an alternative cpu emulator which you can activate by editing


then "make clean" and then make, make install. After that DOSEMU runs slower, but you don't need to switch off NX and it may (or may not) run your program.
