Your Twinhan card is supported by the drivers. But, for some reason
unknown to me, the quality values (Signal Quality, Bit Error Rate,
Signal to Noise Ratio) are not reported back correctly. They appear to
be either zero or far too low.

Since you have poor reception quality I suggest you double check cable,
LNB and dish - and don't rely on the signal level of the card reported
by szap, use an analog tuner instead, it's far more accurate in my
experience.
