the type_flags were removed since at that point of time it was thought 
that type_flags could be automatically determined by the card type.

Well almost true, except for cards with removable CI slots, where the 
tuner could be different. This can be autodetected but, trying to make 
out a bit of mandarin.

in the dst_tlist for your setup, for DTT-CI see the difference without 
the |DST_TYPE_HAS_NEWTUNE and with it also.

Try the same with the patches i posted earlier too..
