Ibrahim,

OK so far.
To decrease unnecessary warnings do a rename:
$ sudo mv /etc/modprobe.d/sound /etc/modprobe.d/sound.conf

Then open a 2nd console (or new TAB on the original one and)
$ sudo tail -f /var/log/messages
which will report diagnosit1cs, when in the first console you do:

$ sudo agrsm-test

Report cogent messages back to the List
